A team-oriented Writer/Producer/Director with a proven track record of producing quality programs on time and within budget, Paul has over 20 years in the film and video industry. His extensive credit list includes NBC, ESPN, E! Networks, HGTV, HBO, GlaxoSmithKline, AT&T, Captial One, and the Children’s Miracle Network among many others. Paul understands the value of collaboration and works closely with clients to ensure a targeted and effective message. His visual storytelling ability has earned honors from the Addys, Tellys, Hugos, Houston International Film Festival, Omni-Intermedia Awards For Interactive Design, and the MCA International Golden Reels.

DeeDee Ray

With an eye for detail, DeeDee’s career in project management began in 1987 at BES Teleproductions in Richmond, where she facilitated local and regional programming. Since that time, DeeDee has gone on to work with some of the leading media outlets in the nation. National Geographic, Discovery Communications, US News and World Report, USA Today, and non-profits like the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum have relied on DeeDee to deliver their programs within budget and on deadline. Her straightforward approach to client communication eliminates unforeseen expenditures and production delays that are common in the creative field. With her aptitude for project assessment and implementation, DeeDee’s clients not only understand what their program will cost, but they’ll know how and when it will be finished.

Charles S. Tinsley, Jr.

For over two decades, Charles has immersed himself in video and film imagery, working on commercials, industrial videos, and feature films. In 1995, Charles began Tinsley Film & Video, Inc., and in 2002, formed Thoughtstream Media to serve the post-production needs of the Greater Richmond community and beyond. As early adopters of high definition technology, Charles and Thoughtstream strived to bring innovation to the production community. Charles’ clients have included the Martin Agency, Kings Dominion, NBC, ABC, CBS, Fox, Virginia Lottery, Anthem BCBS, Circuit City, CLECO, VHDA, and many others.
